MYKOA Take It Easy is a daily blend of functional mushrooms and minerals: Lion’s Mane 40%, Reishi 30%, Shiitake 20% and Aloha Minerals 10%. The extracts come from the fruiting body, not from grain-grown mycelium, at a 10:1 ratio. The recommended serving is 1 scoop (1 g) a day, stirred into a warm drink such as coffee, matcha, cacao or yerba mate. The product is free of caffeine, maltodextrin, added sugar and fillers.
