Delivery
In Poland we fulfil orders through InPost, the fastest and most convenient way to collect your parcel.
Available methods:
- InPost Parcel Locker 24/7 – PLN 14.99 – collect from the locker at any time. Delivery time: 1–2 business days. FREE delivery from PLN 299.
- InPost Courier – PLN 17.99 – delivery to the address you provide. Delivery time: 1 business day. FREE delivery from PLN 400.
Orders placed by 12:00 are usually shipped the same day.
Within the Subscription, delivery within Poland is free.
International shipping (European Union):
- InPost International Parcel Locker – from PLN 25 depending on the country;
- InPost International Courier – from PLN 30 depending on the country.
The exact cost is shown in the cart after you select the delivery country.
Parcel tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email after your order is shipped. You can also check the status in the Your orders section.
Payment
We accept all the most popular payment methods in Poland:
- BLIK – instant payment with a code from your banking app;
- Card – Visa, Mastercard, American Express;
- Online transfer – 24 Polish banks (one-click payment);
- Klarna – Pay in 3 (3 instalments every 30 days, 0% commission) or Pay Later (pay in 30 days);
- Apple Pay – fast payment from Apple Wallet;
- Google Pay – fast payment from Google Wallet;
- Bank transfer – to our ING account (number in the Terms and Conditions).
All payments are SSL-encrypted and PCI DSS-compliant. Your card details are NOT stored on our servers.
VAT invoice
We issue an invoice on request. In the cart (the “Address” step) tick “I want to receive an invoice”. Private individuals receive a personal invoice, and companies receive an invoice with a tax ID (NIP). We will send it to your email once the order is paid. Without selecting this option you will receive only an order confirmation.
To receive a company invoice, tick “I want to receive an invoice”, then “Company invoice (with NIP)” and enter your NIP.
