Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If a product isn't right for you, you have 14 days from receiving the parcel to return it – without giving a reason. This is your consumer right under the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Article 27).
Dietary supplements – exception for sealed packaging
We deliver dietary supplements in sealed packaging (with a safety seal). Under Article 38(1)(5) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply if, after delivery, you break the packaging seal (open the product) – for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
- Seal intact → we accept the return within 14 days and refund the full amount;
- seal broken (product opened) → no return is possible;
- you can open the outer shipping box to inspect the product – what matters is the seal on the product itself, not the box.
Return procedure
Step 1: Send an email
Write to aloha@alohafungi.com with your order number and information about the return.
Step 2: Pack the return
Place the product in any packaging (the original is best). The product must have an intact seal and remain in undamaged condition.
Step 3: Send the parcel
Use InPost Easy Returns – a free return service via Parcel Lockers:
- Go to https://szybkiezwroty.pl;
- search for the store „ALOHA FUNGI”;
- follow the instructions;
- drop the parcel into the nearest Parcel Locker.
OR send it to: ALOHA WEALTH AND WELLNESS SP Z O O, ul. Solec 81 B/73A, 00-382 Warszawa (the store does not accept cash-on-delivery parcels).
Step 4: Receive your refund
We refund the money within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel. The form of the refund depends on the payment method:
- Card → refund to the card account;
- BLIK / bank transfer → refund to the bank account;
- Klarna → refund via Klarna.
Return conditions
- Return costs are covered by the Customer (InPost Easy Returns Parcel Locker – cheapest, a few złoty);
- the product must have an intact seal and original packaging;
- for orders above the free delivery threshold, if the value drops below the threshold after the return – the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund;
- supplements with a broken seal (opened) are not eligible for return – Article 38(1)(5) of the Consumer Rights Act (health protection and hygiene).
Complaints about defective products
If you received a damaged, defective, or non-conforming product:

- describe the problem: include your order number, VAT invoice, and photos (if the product is damaged);
- response: you'll receive it within 14 calendar days;
- resolution: product replacement / repair / refund / compensation.
Withdrawal form
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by making an unambiguous statement (e.g. an email). You may use the template below, but it is not mandatory.
