How long does shipping take?
1–2 business days via InPost Parcel Locker. Orders placed by 12:00 ship the same day.
Are there free samples?
Not at the moment. We're working on 5 g trial mini-formats — launching next year.
Which payment methods do you accept?
BLIK, card (Visa / Mastercard), online bank transfer (24 Polish banks), Klarna (pay in 3), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What if a product isn't right for me?
You have 14 days to return it, no reason needed. We handle the process through InPost "Quick Returns" — it costs just a few PLN.
Do you have a B2B offer?
Yes. For companies that want to use our extracts in their own products (cosmetics, supplements, food), we run a separate service.
Where do your mushrooms come from?
From certified farms in China (a TCM tradition spanning more than 2,000 years and an ideal climate for most functional mushrooms) and locally from Poland (including Auricularia). Mateusz personally found the suppliers over two years of searching — with no European middlemen.
How long should I take a supplement?
Our standard practice is 90 days of consistent supplementation. That's the minimum Traditional Chinese Medicine allows for evaluating any protocol. After 90 days you decide: continue, take a break, or change the protocol.
Can I combine mushrooms?
Yes. Classic synergies: Reishi and Lion's Mane (evening and day), Chaga and Coriolus, Cordyceps and Lion's Mane. We discuss individual protocols during a free TCM consultation.
Are they safe during pregnancy?
There are no clinical studies confirming safety during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before use during these periods.
Do you have certificates?
Yes. We test every batch of extract at EUROFINS — an independent laboratory, one of the largest in the world. Over 500 parameters, with particular emphasis on purity (heavy metals, pesticides). Certificates are available on request.
What's the difference between the PRIME and LONGEVITY lines?
LONGEVITY is the everyday line — gentler, for long-term supplementation (the classic evening Reishi ritual, daily Cordyceps vitality). PRIME is the more intensive line — a higher extract fraction, for periods that call for deeper support (for example, the first 90 days after a long stretch of stress).
Is Aloha Fungi an MLM or a pyramid scheme?
No. We sell real products of verifiable quality. We plan a Mycelium Network program, but as a standard commission on product sales — not on recruitment. All in line with Polish law.
