Aloha Fungi loyalty programme

In the new store, our community programme is MyCELLium. It connects your customer account with a Founder Number, store credit, and lasting privileges described in the programme terms.

The old points table based on every Polish złoty spent, previously published on alohafungi.pl, is not the current alohafungi.com programme. If you had points or a permanent discount in the former store, contact us from the email address used for your orders. We will check your history individually.

How the current programme works

Choose a number
Available Founder Numbers have a price and store-credit value displayed in the terminal.

Credit reaches your account
Once the Card is paid, the number and store credit are assigned to your customer account.

Use your privileges
Your number remains yours. Free delivery in Poland and other benefits operate under the MyCELLium terms.

Common questions

Points, accounts, and MyCELLium

Do I still earn one point for every Polish złoty spent?

No. The points table from the former alohafungi.pl store is not the current mechanism. The current community programme and its benefits are described in the MyCELLium terms.

What happened to my former points or discount?

Contact us from the email address used in the former store. We will check the available records and reply individually. Never include your password or payment details.

Is MyCELLium free?

No. You join by purchasing a Founder Card. Its price, store-credit value, and the available numbers are shown in the terminal before purchase.

Does MyCELLium store credit expire?

Under the current terms, the credit does not expire. It cannot be combined with codes or promotions. The programme terms explain how the balance can be used.
