Mushroom coffee is instant coffee that, alongside arabica, contains functional mushroom extracts. Our version, Aloha Coffee, combines 100% instant arabica with extracts of Cordyceps, Shiitake and Lion's Mane.

Mushroom coffee is instant coffee to which the maker adds functional mushroom extracts. It is not a separate coffee species and it is not decaf, it is regular instant coffee with an extended composition.
Aloha Coffee is made with spray-dry from 100% arabica and combines it with extracts of three mushrooms: Cordyceps, Shiitake and Lion's Mane. It is produced in a certified facility, the same quality standard as the rest of the Aloha Fungi catalogue.
