How to use
Serving: about 2 heaped teaspoons (7 g, about 30 kcal). Pour a small amount of hot water (about 80 degrees) over it for a thick “thunder-espresso”, or combine it with your favourite plant milk, best coconut or oat. Jasny Grzmot is unsweetened, so if you like it sweet, add a little honey or agave syrup.
High temperature is not needed to dissolve the powder well, and the consistency of the ritual matters more than the perfect water temperature. Use within 3 months of opening the package.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. A food supplement does not replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. If you are taking pharmacotherapy, have a chronic condition or are following a protocol with a therapist, consult use with the person who knows your situation.
Jasny Grzmot (Bright Thunder) is a ceremonial cacao with extracts of four mushrooms: Cordyceps, Reishi, Lion’s Mane and Chaga. A cacao and coconut-milk powder, 150 g, made for people who want a daily cup ritual instead of coffee and instead of four separate extract jars.
This is not a promise of a specific effect. It is a transparent composition of cacao, coconut, spices and standardised extracts whose story is described by Chinese tradition and modern composition analysis.

In the clinic I often hear that coffee is the one moment of the day someone does just for themselves, and they do not want to give it up.

Jasny Grzmot came from that observation: the same cup ritual, a different composition. Cordyceps, Reishi, Lion’s Mane and Chaga are, for me, four different voices of one tradition, blended into a cacao we made with taste in mind, not only the label. I say this as a TCM therapist, but with a clear boundary: this is tradition and a way of thinking, not a health promise. In the product, what matters most to me is the proportion of the four extracts, the quality of the cacao, EUROFINS, and no added sugar.

Who it is for
Jasny Grzmot is for people looking for a coffee alternative in their daily ritual. It is most often chosen by people who:
- want to swap morning coffee for cacao with extracts of four mushrooms, without losing the cup ritual;
- are looking for a formula with no added sugar, with a simple composition: cacao, coconut, extracts, spices;
- prefer one ready powder over measuring out four separate extracts from four separate jars;
- value 10:1 DER extracts from fruiting bodies, not mycelium grown on grain;
- want a spiced, warming ritual for the whole day, not only for the morning.

Research
Jasny Grzmot combines ceremonial cacao, coconut milk powder and four mushroom extracts already described separately in our catalogue. Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris) contributes nucleosides, with cordycepin at the front, and beta-glucans. Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a source of triterpenoids and polysaccharides described in the literature as characteristic components of the fruiting body. Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) contains hericenones and erinacines, compounds typical of this species. Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) contributes heteropolysaccharides, melanin and triterpenoids described in work on this raw material.
The citations below are not studies on Jasny Grzmot as a product and not studies on our cacao. They are papers on four raw materials and their molecules, most often in the context of chemistry and ingredient characterisation. This is exactly how we use them: as quality background, not as a promise of an effect. With a blend of four mushrooms this matters especially, because adding several raw materials together does not give permission to add several marketing claims together.
Every batch of extracts in Jasny Grzmot is tested at EUROFINS, with species confirmed by DNA barcoding. We combine 10:1 DER extracts from the fruiting bodies of four mushrooms with ceremonial cacao, coconut milk powder and spices: cinnamon, cardamom, Himalayan salt and cayenne pepper, with no added sugar and no unnecessary fillers. For us, this is a reason to protect the repeatability of taste and composition, not to make health promises.
Producer
Jasny Grzmot is made from ceremonial cacao and extracts controlled for species identity, with every batch tested at EUROFINS and identity confirmed by DNA barcoding. ALOHA WEALTH AND WELLNESS Sp. z o.o. The product is registered with the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate in accordance with Polish food law.
What sets us apart
Four mushrooms, one powder
Jasny Grzmot is not a random mixture. Cordyceps, Reishi, Lion’s Mane and Chaga appear in equal amounts: 5 g of 10:1 DER extract of each species in a 150 g package.
Ceremonial cacao, not industrial cacao
The base is ceremonial cacao (50 g) and 22/24% cacao (32 g) combined with coconut milk powder (47 g). This is not a cheap chocolate-like mixture, but a raw material chosen for taste and quality.
Fruiting body, not mycelium on grain
Extracts of the four mushrooms come from the fruiting body, not from mycelium grown on rice, oats or another grain, where a large share of the mass may come from the substrate.
EUROFINS and DNA barcoding
Every batch of extracts is tested at EUROFINS, and species identity is confirmed by DNA barcoding. With four ingredients, that is four places where quality has to be clear.
No added sugar
We build sweetness and flavour with spices (cinnamon, cardamom, Himalayan salt, cayenne pepper), not sugar. If you like it sweet, you sweeten it yourself, to your own taste.
Storage
Store in a tightly closed package, in a dry and dark place, away from moisture and children. Use within 3 months of opening.
Precautions
The product contains natural theobromine and small amounts of caffeine from cacao. It is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are taking pharmacotherapy, have a chronic condition, have planned surgery or are under the care of a doctor or therapist, consult use before starting. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Traditional Chinese Medicine
Classification in TCM
The description below presents the four mushrooms in Jasny Grzmot in the language of traditional Chinese medicine. It is cultural context, not a scientific claim and not a promise of a health effect. Concepts such as Qi, the Spleen or the Kidneys do not correspond one to one to Western anatomy or physiology.
In this map, Cordyceps is classically linked with energy and endurance, on the Lung and Kidney axis. Reishi, or Ling Zhi, is one of the most recognisable mushrooms of Chinese tradition, described around the theme of calm and the Heart axis, usually in an evening ritual. Lion’s Mane, known in Japan as Yamabushitake, carries the name of mountain monks and in Eastern classics is linked with the Spleen and Stomach axis, in newer interpretations with clarity of mind. Chaga grows on birch trees and in Siberian tradition is called the black diamond, described around the Kidneys and Liver. Four different roles of tradition in one cup of cacao.
An honest boundary matters more here than a poetic description. The producer does not communicate specific health benefits of Jasny Grzmot, because food law does not allow it. We can talk about tradition, composition, raw-material quality and a regular ritual instead of coffee. The rest does not belong to the language of a food supplement.
- Taste
- bitter-sweet, spiced
- Nature
- warming (profile of cacao, spices and Cordyceps; Reishi, Lion’s Mane and Chaga bring a neutral to slightly cool tone)
- Meridians
- Lungs · Kidneys · Heart · Spleen
Cultural context, not a scientific claim or promise of effect.
90-day ritual
Three stages of one cycle
- 1
First days
You pour 2 heaped teaspoons with hot water or plant milk, at whatever time you choose as your moment for the cup. The important thing is to set a fixed ritual, not to create the perfect recipe.
- 2
First weeks
Jasny Grzmot takes the place of your previous coffee or becomes an addition to it. If the cacao form fits your day, you keep the same serving and do not randomly add more products.
- 3
A 90-day cycle
You give yourself the full 90 days of consistency with the Jasny Grzmot cup. After that, you assess whether it stays as a standalone ritual or becomes part of a wider set chosen during a consultation.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Why does Jasny Grzmot combine exactly these four mushrooms?
Because in tradition each of them has a different role: Cordyceps is linked with energy, Reishi with calm, Lion’s Mane with clarity of mind, and Chaga, the black diamond of Siberian tradition, with endurance in a harsh climate. This is a cultural description, not a promise of a specific product effect.
Can I drink Jasny Grzmot in the evening, since it contains Reishi?
Yes. Jasny Grzmot is a daily cacao ritual, not a product assigned to one time of day. Reishi is sometimes linked with evenings in tradition, but in this blend it appears together with three other mushrooms in a fixed, small proportion, so you choose the time to drink it yourself.
Is Jasny Grzmot sweetened?
No. The base sweetness of cacao is softened with coconut and spices, with no added sugar. If you like it sweet, add a little honey or agave syrup to the drink.
