ALOHA MATCHA is the highest quality matcha from the first harvest of tea leaves. We promise it may well be the smoothest matcha you have ever had, and its bright, intensely green colour will win you over.
How to use
Pour 100 ml of water at 70-80°C, not boiling, over 1-2 g of matcha (a level teaspoon): high temperature worsens the taste and some of the catechins. Whisk with a bamboo whisk until frothy, or prepare it cold.
This is a raw material, not a ready-made blend with mushrooms. If you want to combine your matcha ritual with an Aloha Fungi mushroom extract, add it separately, according to its own label and suggested serving.
Do not exceed the suggested serving. A food product does not replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Aloha Matcha is matcha from the first tea-leaf harvest, from the Jingshan region in the Tianmu mountains, in powder form, 50 g. It is not a blend of functional mushrooms: it is the tea raw material itself, which you drink on its own as a ritual or combine with Aloha Fungi mushroom extracts in your own cup.
This is not a promise of a specific effect. It is a transparent raw material whose story is described by Chinese and Japanese tea tradition and modern catechin analysis.

Product details
Good to know
Ingredients
100% matcha (Camellia sinensis), from the first leaf harvest, Jingshan region, Yuhang district, Tianmu mountains. Finely ground powder. No added sugar or flavourings. 50 g package.
Research
Matcha (Camellia sinensis) from the first leaf harvest is a raw material described in the literature as a source of catechins, including EGCG, and L-theanine. The cultivation method, shading the bushes before harvest, and the powdered-leaf form, rather than an infusion, are the features that distinguish matcha from regular bagged green tea.
The citation below is not a study on Aloha Matcha as a product. It is a paper on catechins in matcha as a tea raw material, not a promise of an effect. Aloha Matcha does not contain any functional mushroom extracts in this package: it is a separate raw material that you can combine with our extracts in your own ritual, adding them separately, according to their own label.
This matcha comes from the first leaf harvest, from the Jingshan region in Yuhang district, a recognised tea-growing centre. For us, this is a reason to protect the origin and quality of the raw material, not to make health promises.
Producer
Aloha Matcha comes from the first tea-leaf harvest from the Jingshan region. ALOHA WEALTH AND WELLNESS Sp. z o.o. The product is registered with the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate in accordance with Polish food law.
What sets us apart
First leaf harvest
The Jingshan region in the Tianmu mountains, Yuhang district, one of the classic tea-growing centres.
Powdered leaf, not an infusion
You drink the whole leaf in powder form, not just what passes into the water from a tea bag.
One ingredient, no additives
100% matcha, with no added sugar or flavourings.
A base for your own ritual
Drink it on its own or combine it with Aloha Fungi mushroom extracts, added separately, at your own serving.
Storage
Store in a tightly closed package, in a dry, cool and dark place, away from strong odours (matcha absorbs them easily) and moisture.
Precautions
A food product does not replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Matcha contains natural caffeine: be cautious if you are sensitive to caffeine, and with children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the suggested serving on the label.
Cultural heritage
Roots and tradition
The description below presents Aloha Matcha in the context of Chinese and Japanese tea tradition, not a traditional Chinese medicine classification: this is a different raw material from our functional mushrooms. It is cultural context, not a scientific claim and not a promise of a health effect.
Matcha originates from the Chinese tradition of powdered tea from the Song dynasty, which Japanese Zen monks brought to Japan and developed into the tea ceremony, chanoyu, centred on mindfulness and the calm of the moment of preparation. The Jingshan region, where this matcha comes from, is one of the classic centres of this tradition.
An honest boundary matters more here than a poetic description. The producer does not communicate specific health benefits of Aloha Matcha, because food law does not allow it. We can talk about tradition, origin, harvest method and raw-material quality. The rest does not belong to the language of a food supplement.
Cultural context, not a scientific claim or promise of effect.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Does Aloha Matcha contain functional mushrooms?
No. It is a pure raw material, matcha from the first harvest with no additives. You can combine it with Aloha Fungi mushroom extracts in your own ritual, but the product itself is one hundred percent matcha.
Why should I not pour boiling water over matcha?
High temperature worsens the taste, making the drink more bitter, and affects some of the catechins. A temperature of 70-80°C keeps a gentler flavour profile.
What is the difference between matcha and regular green tea?
Matcha is a powdered, shade-grown tea leaf that you drink whole, dissolved in water, rather than an infusion from a bag or leaves that you later discard.
A food product, not a dietary supplement. This product is not a medicinal product. It does not replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the suggested daily serving. If in doubt, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Matcha is more than a drink. It is a ritual of mindfulness that joins a calm mind with steady daily energy. Its roots reach back thousands of years.
Roots
The story of matcha
Matcha originates in China, where it flourished during the Tang and Song dynasties. Monks from Japan, studying Buddhism at the Jingshan temple, brought the tea ceremony back to their country. This gave rise to the Japanese way of tea, known as „chanoyu". In the 18th century matcha production was industrialised in Japan, and at the start of the 21st century matcha symbolically returned to China.

Our matcha comes from the Jingshan region in the Yuhang district, on the north-eastern slopes of the Tianmu mountains, an area considered the finest tea-growing zone. It was here that Lu Yu, called the „Sage of Tea", wrote his classic work on tea, and the Jingshan Tea Banquet tradition deeply influenced the Japanese ceremony. Through this heritage, Aloha Matcha draws from an authentic source.

Our story

Mateusz Rosa
TCM therapist, founder of Aloha Fungi
We never planned to sell matcha. Our matcha journey began with the search for the finest functional mushroom extracts and travels across Asia.
While visiting our mushroom farms, a friend invited us to the most modern matcha factory in the world. We came to know its quality at the source, in a place where the tradition of tea has lasted for thousands of years. That is when we understood that matcha is not only a drink, but a whole ritual that fits in synergy with our values of caring for ourselves and reaching for the power of nature.
And so Aloha Matcha was born. Quite spontaneously, but they say there are no coincidences in life.
