How to use
Recommended daily serving: 2-3 level scoops. Mix the powder into lukewarm water, plant milk, cacao, coffee or a smoothie. It is best taken on an empty stomach or before a meal, in the first half of the day.
Do not pour boiling water over it. High temperature does not fit the gentle ritual and is not needed to mix the powder well. What matters most is consistency: at least 90 days of calm use, without treating the product as a one-off shortcut.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. A food supplement does not replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. If you are taking pharmacotherapy, have a chronic condition or are following a protocol with a therapist, consult use with the person who knows your situation.

I say this as a TCM therapist, but with a clear boundary: this is tradition and a way of thinking, not a health promise. Polyporus (Polyporus umbellatus): 16.7 g of 10:1 extract and 16.7 g of powdered raw material. Maitake (Grifola frondosa): 16.7 g of 10:1 extract and 16.7 g of powdered fruiting body. Poria (Wolfiporia extensa, synonym Poria cocos): 16.7 g of 10:1 extract and 16.7 g of powdered raw material. Total: 100 g of powder, 1:1 extract plus powder. Dual extraction, above 40% beta-glucans. No maltodextrin, gluten or soy. Vegan.
Research
FLOW combines three raw materials already described separately in our catalogue. Maitake (Grifola frondosa) contributes beta-glucan and polysaccharide fractions described in the literature as D-fraction, SX-fraction and grifolan. Polyporus (Polyporus umbellatus) is unusual because its raw material is the sclerotium, and the literature describes polysaccharides, sterols, triterpenoids and ergosterol in it. Poria (Wolfiporia extensa, synonym Poria cocos) is also based on the sclerotium, with pachyman, PCP polysaccharides and lanostane triterpenoids as important parts of its chemical profile.
The citations below are not studies on FLOW as a product and not studies on our supplement. They are papers on raw materials and their molecules, most often in the context of chemistry, structure and ingredient characterisation. This is exactly how we use them: as quality background, not as a promise of an effect. With a blend this matters especially, because adding three mushrooms together does not give permission to add three marketing claims together.
Every batch of FLOW is tested at EUROFINS, with emphasis on raw-material purity. Species confirmation by DNA barcoding is part of our identity control. The formula is standardised above 40% beta-glucans, and the composition stays full: 10:1 extract and powdered raw material in a 1:1 ratio. For us, this is a reason to protect repeatability, not to make health promises.

What sets us apart
Three raw materials, equal proportion
FLOW is not a random mixture with the cheapest ingredient in the lead. Each of the three mushrooms has an equal share: Polyporus, Maitake and Poria each contribute 16.7 g of 10:1 extract and 16.7 g of powdered raw material in a 100 g pack.
Full Spectrum, not just an isolate
Each ingredient appears as a pair: dual 10:1 extract and powdered raw material from the same species. This keeps the formula from reducing the mushroom to one number on the label. Standardisation exceeds 40% beta-glucans.
Fruiting body and sclerotium instead of mycelium on grain
We run Maitake as a fruiting-body raw material, and Polyporus and Poria as sclerotial raw materials consistent with the nature of these species. We do not use mycelium grown on rice, oats or another grain, because then a large share of the mass may come from the substrate.
EUROFINS and DNA barcoding
Every batch is tested at EUROFINS, and species identity is confirmed by DNA barcoding. In a blend this matters especially: three ingredients mean three places where quality has to be clear.
Transparency instead of promises
We do not communicate FLOW as a product for a specific problem. We show the composition, proportions, standardisation and tradition, and keep the language of benefits off the label. That is a deliberate choice of compliance and respect for the customer.
Storage
Store in a tightly closed package, in a dry, cool and dark place, away from moisture and children. After opening, use by the date on the package.

Traditional Chinese Medicine
Classification in TCM
The description below presents FLOW in the language of traditional Chinese medicine and Japanese kampo. It is cultural context, not a scientific claim and not a promise of a health effect. Concepts such as the Spleen, Dampness, Qi or the binder of a formula do not correspond one to one to Western anatomy or physiology.
In this map, Maitake points toward the Spleen axis and the everyday centre. Polyporus, or Zhu Ling, is classically described around the theme of draining Dampness. Poria, or Fu Ling, is one of the most recognisable binders in Chinese formulas, an ingredient that joins the rest of the composition and orders its character. That is why we named the formula FLOW: each ingredient has a different layer in tradition, but the formula stays simple.
An honest boundary matters more here than a poetic description. The producer does not communicate specific health benefits of FLOW, because food law does not allow it. We can talk about tradition, composition, raw-material quality, standardisation and a regular ritual. The rest does not belong to the language of a food supplement.

You mix 2 level scoops with a lukewarm drink in the first half of the day. The important thing is to set a fixed moment, not to create the perfect recipe.

The ritual becomes automatic. If the powder form fits your morning, you keep the same serving and do not randomly add more products.

You give yourself the full 90 days of consistency. After that, you assess whether FLOW stays on its own or becomes part of a wider set chosen during a consultation.

Because in tradition these three mushrooms have different roles: Maitake is linked with the Spleen axis, Polyporus with the image of Dampness, and Poria with the role of a formula binder. This is a cultural description, not a promise of product action.
Can FLOW be combined with other mushrooms?
Yes, but start simply. FLOW is already a blend, so for the first weeks it is best to run it on its own and observe the rhythm of use. If you want to build a larger set, choose it during a consultation.
When will the effects appear?
We do not promise specific effects, because a food supplement should not make such declarations. We suggest at least 90 days of consistency, so the ritual makes sense in your routine and it is easier to assess whether this form fits your everyday life.
