How to use
The suggested serving is 4 to 8 squares a day (15 to 30 g), from a 100 g bar. Seksolada works well during the day, ChillKolada in the evening, as an end-of-day ritual.

Research
Czekolada funkcjonalna combines a high share of cocoa (70% in Seksolada, about 87% in ChillKolada) with mushroom extracts already described separately in our catalogue. Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris) contributes nucleosides with cordycepin at the front, Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) hericenones and erinacines, Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) triterpenoids and polysaccharides, Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) heteropolysaccharides, melanin and triterpenoids, and Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) beta-glucan-structured polysaccharides.
The citations below are not studies on Czekolada funkcjonalna as a product and not studies on our variants. They are papers on individual raw materials and their molecules, most often in the context of chemistry and ingredient characterisation. This is exactly how we use them: as quality background, not as a promise of an effect. Seksolada and ChillKolada are two different compositions, not one formula in two flavours, so we describe them separately instead of adding five mushrooms into one marketing claim.
Fruiting-body extracts make up 15% of each bar and are tested at EUROFINS, with species confirmed by DNA barcoding. We work exclusively with the fruiting body of each mushroom, not with mycelium grown on grain. For us, this is a reason to protect the repeatability of each variant, not to make health promises.

Storage
Store at room temperature, up to about 18-20°C, away from direct sunlight and strong odours. Refrigeration is not required.
Precautions
Do not exceed the suggested daily serving (4 to 8 squares, 15 to 30 g). Consult a doctor before use if you are taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet medication, blood-pressure medication, have an active autoimmune disease or planned surgery. The product contains cocoa: be cautious if you are sensitive to theobromine or caffeine. Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Roots and tradition
The description below presents the mushrooms from both variants of Czekolada funkcjonalna in the language of traditional Chinese medicine. It is cultural context, not a scientific claim and not a promise of a health effect. Concepts such as Qi, the Kidneys or the Spleen do not correspond one to one to Western anatomy or physiology.
In this map, Cordyceps is classically linked with energy and endurance, traditionally taken in the morning or during the day, which is why it went into Seksolada together with Lion’s Mane, a stomach mushroom in Eastern classics, more often linked today with clarity of mind. Reishi, or Ling Zhi, is described around the theme of calm, usually in an evening ritual, which is why it went into ChillKolada together with Chaga, called the black diamond in Siberian tradition, used at any time of day, and Shiitake, a nourishing, all-purpose mushroom. Rosehip is a flavour and aroma addition, traditionally used in many cultures in the form of infusions.
An honest boundary matters more here than a poetic description. The producer does not communicate specific health benefits of either variant, because food law does not allow it. We can talk about tradition, composition, raw-material quality and a regular ritual. The rest does not belong to the language of a food supplement.
