Who I am
I started with myself
Before I ever advised anyone on anything, I first took the extracts myself and kept a notebook on what was changing in my body. That's still my first test: would I take the product I'm recommending.
Before I got interested in mushrooms, I met Mateusz, the founder of Aloha Fungi. From him I learned how this industry actually works: where the raw material comes from, what a fruiting body is versus mycelium on rice, and how an extract differs from ground powder. None of that is on the label and none of it is online. That's where it all started, and the interest turned into real work.
The rest I learned on my own. I built my knowledge of mushrooms and herbs independently: from conversations with Mateusz and from Chinese medicine books I still return to today. I didn't inherit it from anyone, and I didn't buy it on a weekend course. I sat with it after hours, because it pulled me in.
Then I joined the team. There I'm responsible for B2B sales, as head of the PRIME line designed for therapists, and for consultations, where I match the type of extract to your individual situation.
I also run paid consultations based on ongoing cooperation, where I choose Aloha Fungi products for your situation and keep track of how it works over time.

How I work
I ask about you first, then choose the product
I start by asking how you feel and what you need. Then come the standard questions: how much and how well you sleep, how your digestion works, when your energy drops during the day.
The answers build a picture of your state of health. Only from that picture do we decide which products make the most sense. I choose from Aloha Fungi's functional mushroom extracts.
The same mushroom will act completely differently on two different people.
I also say plainly when I think you don't need to buy anything, or when your situation is serious enough that a doctor should see it first. I'd rather lose an order than lose trust.

Second practice
Where my knowledge of the body comes from
Alongside Aloha Fungi, I work as a Chinese medicine therapist. I completed a school of Traditional and Classical Chinese Medicine, the latter in the Jeffrey Yuen lineage, and I see people for acupuncture at a clinic in Kraków.
I'm also studying physiotherapy, to understand the body from the conventional side too. It makes it easier to judge when something is for me and when it's for a doctor.
I run the clinic under my own name, separately from Aloha Fungi. That is exactly where the perspective I bring to choosing mushrooms comes from, and thanks to it the suggestion starts from your situation, not from a product description.
A visit is a conversation, an examination and an acupuncture session, from a few to a dozen or so points. Then you rest with the needles in, some people fall asleep. The first visit takes 70 minutes and costs 300 zł, follow-ups 200 zł. If you can travel to Kraków, we work in person.

PRIME is concentrated fruiting-body extracts, standardised and batch-tested, in capsules, powders and drops. The line was built for therapists who need predictable material to work with, not a supplement off the shelf.
