Serving: 5 g a day, including 625 mg of powdered fruiting body of each of the eight mushrooms: shaggy ink cap, wood ear, maitake, oyster mushroom, shiitake, chaga, umbrella polypore and Cordyceps militaris.
Directions for use: 1 scoop (5 g) a day. Add to water, smoothie, yoghurt, porridge or soup. It can be combined with warm dishes.
Myco Biome is eight mushrooms in one scoop: shaggy ink cap, wood ear, maitake, oyster mushroom, shiitake, chaga, umbrella polypore and Cordyceps militaris, in equal parts. These are whole fruiting bodies ground into powder, not extracts. So the scoop keeps everything the mushroom has, together with the fibre of its cell walls (beta-glucans, chitin). A 5 g serving is 625 mg of each of the eight. A light, daily formula for drinks and dishes. 150 g is 30 servings.

For people who want to bring mushrooms into everyday food in the simplest form and prefer the whole fruiting body to an extract.
Powdered mushroom fruiting bodies (100%), 12.5% each: shaggy ink cap (Coprinus comatus), wood ear (Auricularia auricula-judae), maitake (Grifola frondosa), oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus), shiitake (Lentinula edodes), chaga (Inonotus obliquus, sclerotium), umbrella polypore (Polyporus umbellatus), Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris).
Myco Biome is food in its simplest form: whole fruiting bodies, ground. The cell walls of mushrooms are built of fibre, mainly beta-glucans and chitin, and in a powder of the whole fruiting body they all stay in. We make no promises about the effect of the product.
Fruiting bodies from controlled cultivation; chaga wild-harvested in Siberia from birches far from industry. Every batch is tested in an independent, accredited laboratory for heavy metals and pesticide residues.
No extracts, no fillers, no mycelium on grain.
12.5% each, none is added “for the label”.
Water, smoothie, yoghurt, porridge, soup. It can be combined with warm dishes.
Siberia, birches far from industry. The other fruiting bodies come from controlled cultivation.
Store in a dry, dark place, protect from moisture. After opening, keep tightly closed.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. A food supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of young children. Do not use with oxalate kidney stones or kidney disease (chaga naturally contains oxalates). Do not use if allergic to mushrooms.
Cultural heritage
All eight mushrooms in this blend have a long history in the kitchens and herbals of Asia and Europe: shiitake, oyster mushroom, wood ear and maitake are edible mushrooms that have been on tables for centuries. This is cultural context, not a promise of the product’s effect.

An extract is a preparation drawn out of the mushroom. Here it is the whole fruiting body ground into powder, nothing taken away.
Water, smoothie, yoghurt, porridge or soup. Warm dishes are fine too.
Equal parts: 12.5%, that is 625 mg in a 5 g serving.
Chaga naturally contains oxalates.
