Mushroom coffee
Mushroom coffee is instant coffee that, alongside arabica, contains functional mushroom extracts · mushrooms for coffee in a single sachet. Our version, Aloha Coffee, combines 100% instant arabica with extracts of Shiitake and Lion's Mane plus Cordyceps (POWER blend) or Reishi (RELAX blend). If you prefer mushrooms instead of coffee, choose pure extracts for water or a cacao ritual.

Mushroom coffee is instant coffee to which the maker adds functional mushroom extracts. It is not a separate coffee species and it is not decaf, it is regular instant coffee with an extended composition.
Aloha Coffee is made with spray-dry from 100% arabica and combines it with extracts of three mushrooms: Shiitake, Lion's Mane and either Cordyceps in the POWER blend or Reishi in the RELAX blend. It is produced in a certified facility, the same quality standard as the rest of the Aloha Fungi catalogue.
